At Dannenbaum Engineering, quality is as much a business philosophy as it is a check procedure. Our quality commitment begins with management and imbues our entire organization. We have created an environment in which our team members feel comfortable calling attention to issues that could have quality implications, even at the expense of profits.
Our first consideration is always to ensure that we have adequate and properly experienced staff available to undertake our projects. Each job is assigned a QA/QC Manager in addition to a Project Manager. Contracts, meetings, and drawings and specifications are all thoroughly documented, as is all field work. We expect our subcontractors to meet the same quality standards that we set for ourselves.
